NOTE: Internships should not delete tracks.  If you do\, you will permanently lose all info within that track (including submitted student materials).\n       o Internships who only have only one intern should continue participating in Clearinghouse to obtain minimum cohort OR should complete the steps to provide required peer interaction as outlined in our Minimum Cohort Consortia Agreement. \n\n – Starting with Clearinghouse at noon on April 9th:\n       o Students must still submit application materials via the CAPIC InternFit platform\, as before. Students may use their previously created application materials\, except for the Cover Letters. Cover Letters will have to be re-uploaded during the application submission process.\n       o Sites again contact students directly to arrange interviews. \n– Sites should extend internship offers directly to students\, as appropriate.\n       o Before accepting offers\, students should consult with their academic program’s DCT to ensure the internship meets its needs.\n       o An accepted offer constitutes a binding internship agreement.\n       o Sites will also be able to indicate on InternFit when an offer has been accepted and an internship match made. Alternatively\, an email should be sent to capicadmin@capic.net to inform CAPIC of matches formed during Clearinghouse and Post-Clearinghouse. \n– Sites are responsible for updating their # of Openings on the “Manage Tracks” page/tab on InternFit to indicate any change in participation. \n       o Zero (0) Openings means “no longer participating/seeking interns” and no additional applications can be submitted to that track/site.\n       o Again\, Internships should not delete tracks. DESCRIPTION:The opening of student registrations for the 2018 CAPIC match was delayed until now (October 9th) because we have been setting up our new online systems.   Thanks for your understanding — and patience. \n  \nFor the 2018 CAPIC Online Match\, CAPIC has is using separate vendors (and websites) for different aspects of the match process: \nInternFit (https://capic.internfit.com) is now managing all online match operations (Student Registration\, Application Creation and Submission\, Ranking and Matching).  InternFit managed the last two aspects (Online Ranking and Matching) last year. \nTherasoft (https://programs.capic.net) is now managing CAPIC program profiles and Clearinghouse operations.  Login is no longer required for viewing or searching program profiles.  Login is still required for editing by the authorized representatives from each program. \n  \nNOTES FOR STUDENTS:\n Students must be registered with CAPIC or after October 9th to obtain access to the 2018 online application process. \nAll students must register annually on the CAPIC website (after Oct 9th); AND \n All previously registered students have been removed from the CAPIC system; AND\n No previously existing registration or application materials will be available for the new match process.\nThere is no fee for students to register with CAPIC.   The $200 application fee is not required until later in the process. \n  \nSee more info at http://capic.net/resources/students/student-registration/
