Submission of Completed Student Application Materials is Open on the CAPIC website from Feb 9th through midnight on the evening of February 27th.
          The link for students to submit applications will appear at the bottom of the post-login page, ONLY IF all required materials are complete.  No applications may be submitted until all required materials are complete.
